This is a very minor release that fixes a bug that prevented a user from editing a scout.  There is one fairly important change in this release, though: When changing a scout’s rank, his list of completed activities will be cleared, which will give him a clean slate in terms of reporting for his new rank.  Without this change, all his Wolf activities, for example, would show up on this Bear completion report.
